In the course of her stay in the city of Grodno, Republic of Belarus, Prof. Janitha A. Liyanage, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Russia, held a meeting on 13 December 2021 with Mr. Yevgeny Primakov, Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo) and discussed avenues for advancing cooperation between Sri Lanka-Russia in scholarships, university and school collaborations, teacher training, youth development programmes, etc.
