Lakshman Senewiratne, who arrived at Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia (JINR) accompanied by Head of the Department of technology of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Research Mr. P. M. Dharmatilake from 4 – 8 September 2017.
