On the invitation of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, two senior officers, Rear Admiral R.C. Wijegunrathne of Sri Lanka Navy and Major General N.A.J.C. Dias of Sri Lanka Army visited the “Russian International Military – Technical Forum – ARMY 2015” in Kubinka Region, Moscow from 16th to 19th June 2015.

818 exhibitors were took part in the exhibition and over 200,000 visitors including representatives of the 73 states and members of official delegations from 38 countries had visited the exhibition.
President of the Russian Federation H.E. Vladimir Putin graced the occasion as the Chief Gust.
