On behalf of the Chairman, Procurement Committee of Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, bids are called for Social Media Advertising Campaign for Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine from July to September 2021 by Sri Lanka Embassy in Russia.
Relevant documents are attached herewith.
The bidder who has a valid business registration for the scope of the work should bid for all three countries Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Nevertheless, permanent office should locate in Russia with sufficient experienced and professional staff are eligible for the contract.

Following documents have to be completed and submitted with the signature of the authorized officer of the bidder and company seal along with other necessary attachments to prove eligibility and capacity to earlier in to contract:
1. Completed Bid submission form
2. Required criteria mention in ITB and TOR along with prices
3. Copy of the valid business registration
4. Bank Guarantee Form
Clarifications of the bidding documents can be made latest three working days prior to the deadline of bid submission. All clarifications have to be emailed to the addresses given below in English language:
