The Embassy of Sri Lanka in the Russian Federation facilitated establishment of links between Geo Ventures Consultancy (PVT) LTD and Alabuga Start, a relocation program to Russia for work experience.

Alabuga Start is a programme under the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia, which gives opportunity for young and talented females from all over the world to obtain vocational training in such spheres as logistics, welding engineering, service & hospitality, catering industry, tiling work, etc. on a free of charge basis. Upon graduation from the programme after 2 years, the students would obtain a professional training certificate and a Russian language proficiency certificate.
Geo Ventures Consultancy expressed its interest in establishing connections to the Alabuga Start Program for the benefit of moderate-income families and the economy of Sri Lanka.
